Commercial joinery has to take heavy daily use. We specify hard-wearing surfaces, commercial-grade hardware and finishes that clean easily — and we work to tight opening dates.

    Installation

    Our own team installs, adjusts and cleans up. We walk you through care and maintenance.

    Aftercare

    Workmanship warranty and a check-up visit to adjust hinges and doors after the first wet season.

Frequently asked questions

Can you meet a fixed opening date?

Yes. We agree a programme up front, build off-site in our workshop and install in the shortest possible window.

Do you build to a designer's concept?

Yes. We regularly work from interior designers' concepts and develop the shop drawings and material samples for approval.

Do you charge for a site visit and quote?

No. Site visits and quotes are free across our service areas in south Bali and Ubud. For remote locations we may agree a small travel fee in advance.

What deposit do you require?

Typically 50% to start production, 40% when pieces are ready for installation and 10% on completion. Exact terms are written in your quote.

Can you work from my architect's or designer's drawings?

Yes. We regularly build from architects' and interior designers' drawings and can prepare shop drawings for approval before production.
